Do you store user data?

We use identity management from Microsoft. This means that we do not store data from iWRITER 365 users, as they are stored in AzureAD. This data is always stored securely.

In which locations is the data stored?

The data is stored in two locations in Europe: in Amsterdam and in Dublin. This is in line with the GDPR legislation.

How do I distribute templates throughout my organization?

The administrator in your organization arranges the distribution of templates via a central portal. Centralized use of templates means that iWRITER 365 can be made available to 10,000 employees at once. No local installation is required. iWRITER is a zero footprint application.

How do I update all workspaces?

iWRITER 365 is a SaaS solution. Users always have the updated version of iWRITER 365. This requires no action whatsoever from your IT department.
